Reflexology does not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe. It helps us to cope at physical, spiritual, mental and emotional levels, encouraging us to heal and maintain good health. I hold an advanced diploma in reflexology from the Chrysalis School of Reflexology.

is a laying on of hands healing technique that makes use of a channelled non-physical energy that flows through the giver’s hands. The Japanese word 'Reiki' means Universal Life force energy. It is a practice that is not attached to any faith or belief system.
Reiki can be used in many situations and conditions. All that is required is a desire to heal and be healed. I am a Reiki Master Practitioner.
