Colonic Treatments

Colonic irrigation is carried out by an experienced Registered nurse. This is a method of saturating all the waste material in the bowel to make it easier to remove.

Warm water is passed through a tube into the bowel and allowed to build up inside until it feels a bit crampy, then it is allowed to flow out again. The stomach area is massaged to encourage the bowel to clear. This process is repeated about 6-8 times over a period of half an hour.

During this time the nurse will observe the window of the machine for the presence of candida yeast overgrowth, undigested food and abnormalities in consistency and colour.

Advice is then given corresponding to the information received during the initial consultation and the results of the irrigation. Dietary, supplement and herbal recommendations are made to help improve the digestive system. In cases of candida yeast overgrowth and constipation between 3-6 treatments are advised.

Water is crucial to your health. It makes up, on average, 60 percent of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water.
