"I have been a Registered General Nurse since 1993 and specialised in cancer treatment since 1997. I still have a keen interest in this area of work, particularly in health promotion.

Currently I work out of Synergy Healthcare as a nurse providing Alternative and Complementary Therapies - a holistic approach to health. Prior to general nursing I trained and worked in the area of Learning Disabilities for six years.

This is another area in which complementary therapies can be very effective in promoting health and wellbeing."
